6. What is your cancellation policy?

• Pre-orders: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before 12:00 PM three (3) days prior to the estimated delivery date. All refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued as a discount voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Same-day and on-demand orders: These orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

7. What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return and refund, issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. The flowers must remain in the same condition as when received. Please provide your order number, several photos of the product, and the reason for your request. Customized or seasonal products are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.
